1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with verifiable parental consent.

1.2 Registration

To use the App, you register with a valid mobile phone number. We send a one-time password (OTP) for authentication. You may optionally provide an email address and your date of birth.

1.3 Email Fallback & Number Change

• Your mobile number is your primary login credential.
• If you change mobile numbers, you may authenticate via a registered email address (with OTP or password) and then update your phone number in Settings → Account.
• Upon updating your number, we will verify the new number via OTP and notify you via email. All existing subscription and scheduling data will migrate to the new number.

2.1 Plans & Pricing

We offer three tiers in India - Seeker (monthly), Daily Dharma (quarterly), Anant (yearly) and three international tiers - Soul Spark (monthly), Journey Journal (quarterly), Eternal Path (yearly). Prices exclude taxes.

2.2 Payment Processing

• Indian subscriptions are processed via Razorpay; international via Stripe or PayPal.
• We do not store your full payment credentials; payment gateways handle transaction data per PCI standards.

2.3 Recurring Billing

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the start of each billing cycle. Payment failures may suspend your service until resolved.

2.4 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime via the App; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law (e.g., statutory cooling-off periods in the EU).

3.1 Service

The App delivers pre-recorded Bhagavad Gita verses and explanations via automated daily calls. We do not record or store any user voice data or live conversations.

3.2 Public-Domain Content

All Sanskrit verses of the Bhagavad Gita are in the public domain. Modern translations/commentaries we use are either in-house or licensed under Creative Commons.

3.3 TTS & Audio Ownership

We leverage Sarvam AI"s "Bulbul" voices under license. All audio recordings served are our proprietary content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to stream calls solely via the App. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or downloading of audio files is prohibited.

3.4 Date of Birth & Personalization

If you provide your date of birth, we use it (with your consent) to match daily content to your horoscope (nakshatra/sun-sign). You may withdraw or update your DOB in Settings; incorrect DOB entries may affect personalization.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App; interfere with operations; engage in unlawful or abusive behavior; or enable unauthorized use of audio content.

4.2 Sharing Links

You may share App-generated links to audio with others via messaging or social platforms. Recipients stream audio through our service; no download or offline redistribution is permitted.

4.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions become our sole property; you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and commercialize them.

5.1 Privacy Policy

Our separate Privacy Policy governs data collection, use, sharing, and retention. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

5.2 Data Transfers

We operate globally. Data may be stored or processed outside your country (e.g., India, EU, USA) under appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

6.1 No Warranty

The App and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
